I can't access MS Health web page anymore

I can't access the MS Health web page anymore since a couple of months.
It say "We can?t detect your Microsoft Health account"
I'm the only one?
I have to say I'm Italian, not sure if this could be the cause

Ah not using it but seriously thinking about getting the recently leaked successor

I've had that problem before. Try clearing your browser's cache/deleting cookies.

Same issue
It happen on IE, Edge, Chrome and even on different pc
it say they can't detect my MS Health account

fixed it changing the weight on My Profile on the phone app

Silly question: are you sure you're using the right account to log in? You may have associated the Band with a different account. I set mine up with my Outlook.com account even though my phone's primary account is Gmail. Once you set up the MS Health/Band, I don't think there's away to see what account you used.

I have only one MS account
Anyway I fixed it changing my weight on My Profile on the phone app
