    So I have went through the guides on https://dashboard.microsofthealth.com/#/buildworkout/ to design custom workouts. However, many of my exercises are not in the list. How do I add them to the routine?.

    First step is to make sure you've switched to "Advanced mode". I think a ton of stuff hides in non-Advanced.

    I don't think so. Advanced enables intensity and variations. I haven't seen any exercises that are there with advanced options, but otherwise absent.

    Well that stinks. I have looked at many of the AB work outs, they are really not that good.
