Simultaneous Blutooth With MB2 and Speaker

Has anyone been successful with Blutooth with MB2 and a Blutooth speaker at the same time? I have not figured it out yet. Any help would be great.

Device Details: 1520 - MB2 - and a generic BT Speaker

I have with the MB1 and the MD-12 speaker. I would expect it to work with the MB2.

The MD-12 is a great little speaker. You can find one cheap here.

Same here. Plus. A car OBDII controller all at the same time.
So Lumia 735 connected to 3x devices. Pioneer AVIC + Band + OBDII

So I would be able to connect/use my phone (HTC one), Bluetooth Headphones (powerbeats2), and the Band 2 with no issues?

For example. I'm in the GYM working out. I'm listening to Pandora and someone calls (or texts) can I deny the call w/ a reply with a quick text "I'm working out, I will call you back" with the band?
I'm assuming if I wanted to take the call (after looking at my BAND 2 to see the Caller ID/Name) then I should be able to just use my PowerBeat2 to accept the call.
