Guided workout help needed thanks

Hi guys,

Just got my new band 2. I always do strong lift 5x5. But I don't see it at all in the guided workout. It is such a famous workout but it is absent in Microsoft band!

Anyone has a suggestion? Or can I add it manually?

Besides can someone share how they use the band to help their weight training workout? I mean running and cycling is easy to be tracked but for weight training, how do they know how much calories have I lost??
