Can't put some tiles on band

So I have a Lumia 640 running build 10586 and a new 1st generation band. Downloaded Microsoft Health app ant registered the band. Any tile that receives notifications will not install on band. When I try, I get a message to toggle on notifications for Health app in accessory apps in phone settings. Trouble is, Health app isn't in accessory apps. I chatted online with Windows 10 mobile support. That csr sad band problems were outside his expertise. Chatted with Band supper. That csr said she couldn't help with a Windows 10 mobile issue and offered to give me the number for that support. Have done a number of resets and reinstalls. Frustrating experience.

Factory reset solved the problem.
