Smart Band 2 Problems?

Hi i got my Smart Band 2 Yesterday and its look very nice and very comfort and i have connected my band 2 to Lumia 640 . everything works fine but when i try to reply to a message using keyboard it says " Connecting" and then force close and when i click and hold the action button to launch cortana and when i ask a question it says make sure Bluetooth is on and your phone is close by . any idea .

Did you do the initial pairing via Bluetooth Settings or Health App?

Via Health App is preferred method for my setups on Band 1.

Try deleting all Band 2 connections on the 640, Factory Reset Band 2 and look for it first via Health App...

Yea I have done the initial stop through health app .and after that I have deleted the band and reset the band and connected again but still same issue.

Are you on the Insider builds? If so what build #?

Many Insiders are reporting issues. Looks like 10586.11 is reporting good Band and Band 2 use especially with an up-to-date Health App.
