Got my new Band 2 yesterday, so started making arrangements to trade up the Band 1. This can be done at the web page https://storetradeup.com/gb/en/pages/band2/home except that MS didn't create the form correctly and it is currently impossible to complete.
On page 3 of the form there's a mandatory drop down which must be completed from which you are expected to select the Qualifying product. Odd, as the form is only for the Band 2 and you don't have any choice - everyone will be referring to the Band 2. Except that there's nothing on the drop down and so the form does not allow you to complete the mandatory field. When you click Add to move on to the next page, naturally the validation spots you have not completed a mandatory field and rejects your entry. Hence the form is broken.
No one will be getting any trade ups until MS fix this.
