Lenovo Android phone always requesting for permission

I have been using my Band 2 with my Lumia 920 for about a month without any issue. I recently acquired a Lenovo K3 Note from dx.com and every time I open or close the Microsoft Health app i get the following notice:

Security warning
An app is trying to communicate with Band via Bluetooth.


Either if I check or not the "Do not remind again." the message keeps popping up. The whole problem is that I'm not getting any notifications on my Band if the Microsoft Health app is not actively running on the phone.

I checked and granted the app all the permissions available, but the issue persists.

Is anyone else having that same problem?

Is it android Marshmallow? If so, it could be app permissions that must be set for B2 to work properly.

It's Android 5.0 with VibeUI 2.5

I ended up fixing it by hitting the phone with a hammer. Not literally, but I had to install a new, cleaner ROM (NEXUS 5.1 V2 by Dr. Root).

The main problem was the SafeCenter which came preinstalled with the phone and was blocking the Microsoft Health app.
