How do I reset the steps and distance on my Microsoft band?

The steps and distance numbers on the band seem to keep tracking for 24 hours. Can I reset them to zero during the day so that I can track steps and distance from the time I reset?

You can't do it, as far as I know anyway.

You'd have to factory reset the device.
