Band 2- Any possible way to use keyboard/Cortana on IOS?

Is there any possible way to use keyboard/ Cortana on IOS?

I understand that messaging is not supposed to work with IOS but there are messaging apps on the iphone such as whattsapp that are ways to get around the standard IOS messaging. Is there a "tile" or an IOS app that is allowed to use the Band 2 messaging/ Cortana?
Worst come worst, is there a way IOS Jailbreak can help me?
