does the Garmin Vivofit 3 do notifications on w10?

I am looking at the V3 for my wife. Its not an obnoxious looking device with all the cool fashionable bands you can get for it. Hopefully it does notifications etc.

I see a few garmin devices that I am getting. They are bringing it now!
