I would have thought by now, we would get custom workouts. The workouts that you have to pick from are blah. Go type 'Shoulder' in for a search of workouts. There is one! And it is not to extensive. Does anyone know how they decide what workouts we get to pick from and who submits them to the app? Such a bummer so far for such a great device.

You can build your own workout through by logging into MS health online not through the app.

Yeah, this feature has been available for a long time through the online Dashboard. Maybe even from the very beginning--can't remember.

I just tried this out, and I like that I can customize my runs. However, with doing the Guided Workouts (custom), I do not get to see my mile split times. Is there a way to track this?

I guess, but I tried to setup my lifting routine so it would go 8 days and then start over. If it is possible, it is just to hard to figure out. It seams I have to go to this app each day, pick a workout, and then sync it. You should be able to have a regime that knows when its the next day, move on to the next routine. The band is awesome. The app to organize everything is flat out awful.
