Hi, I mostly use info about my runs, especially concerning pace - both during the run and for an analysis afterwards. Haven't found THAT much use for the other data, I mean it IS intereseting, but not that "actionable" in my case. I usually fulfill my calorie goal so it is nice to know I move enough..I know HR is useful for workouts, but not sure exactly how..the sleep tracking is cool but the only insight I got from it is that I should sleep more (at least I can't see any other way to improve my "sleep quality" as reported by the Band)..it is nice to see how much I bike (I use bike for transport) but nothing that would really change my life.. I guess it mostly depends on what your personal goals are.
