Numbered badge on MS Health Live Tile

I opened the MS Health app on my Windows phone this morning to look at my sleep tracking from last night. When I got to work, I noticed that there was a badge on my live tile with the number 4. I opened the app again, but I can't figure out what the 4 is indicating. After closing the app, the badge is still on my live tile and didn't reset like badges usually do after apps are opened. Does anyone have any idea what this badge is supposed to be telling me?

I completed a guided workout after work and my badge is up to 6, but I still have no idea what it is counting. This is on a Lumia 640 XL.

Ok, now its showing up with my Icon. Wasn't there when I got up this morning, but now it is, 6, by the way. Could it be battery level?

Same here. I have a 6. I don't think it is battery as I am at about 40% right now. Not seeing any indication in the app of what it would be.

I have a 950 XL DS running build .494, non insider, and a Band 2, as of this morning a # 5 appeared on the MS Health live tile, I also have no idea what it means and how to remove it

Mine shows 5. Tried disabling Live Tile info, removing/adding tile - nuthin.

Has anyone tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app?

I'm sure this undocumented feature has a use...would be nice to know what it is and how to control it.

Same here, Dave. No working live tile. But now at least I have this #6 to puzzle over! I notice that when I first unlock the screen, it isn't there, but shows up within 5 or 10 seconds. Weird.

I have 950XL and a 5, never changes.

Health Live tile worked fine up to 10586.338 if I remember well.... then I got a new band, new 950XL jumped to redstone and the tile doesn't work

950xl ds with latest preview build and I have a 4 on my tile. What in the world is it for? My OCD does not deal with it well.
