HD-500 Docking Station Connects to 950XL Intermittently

I have two (2) HD-500 Docking Stations that seem to both work the same: intermittently. I have a Lumia 950XL and it connects to either one (one at work and one at home) at times. But then it stops working even though the Gadgets app says "Connected and ready". I have tried cycling power to the docks and also rebooting the 950XL.

Has anyone else seen this behavior? Thanks!

I can confirm then same behaver. Just sometimes it will not connect to the dock and power cycling the dock has no effect. Power off and on the phone does work, but that's a pain.
