Continuum not received yet, who do I contact to complain?

Continuum not recieved

I have purchased a Lumia 950 and registered for the Continuum box to be delivered. Its been more than two weeks and it hasn't been delivered as yet. Whom should I write to? or address this query.

you should communicate with the retailer where you bought the 950 from. And also the pace where you registered to get the dock

I'm not sure what the delivery times are now, but they were substantial over the winter months.
