Continuum is a Windows-only feature and it's limited to a handful of phones. The Samsung S8 has a similar feature called DeX which requires a proprietary dock. Video out via USB has been gone from Android for a few years now although most mid-range and higher Androids allow mirroring your display via Miracast. This is not the same as Continuum or DeX.
