Cortana didn't ask her questions

As you can probably tell from the title, the questions in the start were skipped, it said something like "Can't get my questions now". Has this happened to anyone else ?

Same here. I went in to the settings and set my name. Still need to set up my notebooks and stuff. Kind of surprising, kind of not. I'm guessing the setup uses more server/cloud stuff and that part of the service isn't available yet.

Use Cortana from the tile. I tried the search button first and she didn't ask me. When I tried the tile, she did.

Try rebooting your phone again. After I rebooted again, I got several walk-throughs for various things including (but not only) Cortana.
