Cortana Alert when temperature drops below a certain degree?

Hello,

This may seem like a weird question. I'm wondering if I can get Cortana to alert me if the temperature is going to drop below a certain degree either soon or at night. We purchased some tomato plants and it's too early to plant here, but we would like to leave them on the porch as long as the temp isn't going to drop below say 35 degrees at night. Anyone have any ideas on accomplishing this?

From everything I've seen so far I dont think Cortana can do that... Maybe in the near future
