Cortana bug. Not reading text message but asking me to text someone.

I always like to have Cortana read my text message sent by other people. I can set it from Setting>Speech->and set 'Read aloud incoming text messages' to 'always on'. So, everytime when someone has sent me a text message and I'm too far to reach the phone, she will ask me like this:

"You've got a text from ___ . Read it or ignore it?"

So, when I say 'read it' most of the time, she just responded to me with a question: "Sure, who do you want to text?"

ouchh.. This has happened to me many times and I'm sure this is a bug. Anyone else experienced this?

Is the text message in English ?

Edit: Not always in English. Sometimes I receive text from other languages too. Tested sending myself with other language other than English (English mix with Malay language). So, it seems like Cortana won't read it ;D

Edit 2: Doesn't always work when sending text with English! I can confirm this is a bug!
