Using Cortana with different phone language?

Hi.
Is it possible to have Cortana active, when phone system language is not English(US)?
I can't see a problem, why it shouldn't be possible, because I'd still have to talk in english with her, but my phone language would be something else.

You can now have Cortana active in several regions, but in order for her to be activated you need to meet the requirements of that region (for instance, English UK language, region and speech settings).

Using my region set to Brazil cortana appear in app list. When i set it to portugal cortana desappear....
To use her i need to set english US as display language.

yep, that's the same problem I have (altough different languages, but the ides is the same)
