Does anyone know if Cortana can save only to a local system drive vers to the cloud? Or is this just a cloud based app? Any Help is much appreciated!

So I have 75 views and no one has any clue if you can just keep the app off the cloud and us it locally? If a customer can not store their private information locally and have this intelligent assistant aid work offline, then their could be a privacy issue! Also if the customer can not have an option to use the app offline, then I would worry about it's safety! Cloud = WORLD = EVERYONE can gain access! Not cool if this is the place!!!

Cortana is powered by Microsoft Bing. An offline mode isn't provided because the app cannot operate in an offline mode. That said, just because it is online doesn't mean that it is inherently not secure.

You're officially nominated for the "most vague" award! Prove it..... So far, everything that's been connected to globally accessible networks (see internet), is proven to be a security risk.
