Windows 10: how to make "hey Cortana" work?

Hi everyone,

I'm on Windows 10 build 10130 and have enabled the "hey Cortana" feature. I'm on a Surface Pro 3 and otherwise Cortana works fine. Am I missing something or is this feature just not working yet as it should?

She's working fine for me in build 10130. Have you done the "Learn my voice" procedure in Cortana's settings?

Also, check your Surface's mic settings. I'm using a Logitech headset with my desktop PC for this.. not sure about a Surface tablet.

Hey,

I am having the same issues. The "Learn my voice" feature worked shortly on 10122 and than broke on 10130. Even if it worked, Cortana barely responded to my "Hey Cortana". I really hope, that Microsoft irons out those things, aside from that 10130 is a great build so far.

The "learn my voice" option seems to be broken on my 10130 build, too. Well, hopefully the next build arrives tomorrow

Yup, hitting the learn button does nothing. If I turn off the option for "Hey" it listens for a couple of minutes then stops.
