No Cortana with Lumia 640 XL LTE Dual SIM OS 10.0.10166.0 since installing OS 10.0.10166.0.
It was working fine before the install of OS 10.0.10166.0
I have my settings for language, region, keyboard to USA however I do live in Canada?

OK Fixed the issue
After upgrading the OS any sign of Cortana had vanished. A search for Cortana failed in Apps, and or settings.
Oddly enough I hit the search icon to the right of home and held it for a second or two and it brought me to the option of turning Cortana on or off. After turning on Cortana it was then visible in the App section and is now working correctly.
