Bad Audio from Cortana on Dell XPS 13 (all three devices!)
I am on my 3rd Dell XPS 13 (W 10) to send with my daughter for her freshman year at college.... each and every one has been working great with one exception: Cortana occasionally sounds very scratchy. In particular, when I click the microphone, a "staticy" sound comes out from the speaker. Her voice is usually clear, but occasionally distorted and staticy as well. I can stream music from the web and all is fine. In fact, if I hook up a USB external speaker, I am unable to replicate. Each time I have brought the device into the Microsoft Store they have exchanged it but I have been unable to eliminate the problem. Of course, I am not even sure my daughter knows what Cortana is (much less confident she will use it)
