Lost Cortana with Lumia 640XL Windows 10 insider build

Just wanted to try out Windows 10 on my phone for a bit. Everything is fine except Cortana is disabled, it says it is not available in my region. With Windows 8.1, I had cortana. Anyways I tried to change the region to US with US english, it still says it is not available after restarting.

Try changing speech and region to UK. Worked fine for me

Had the same issue, it came back itselft, weird i know.

Make sure you have region, language, keyboard AND speech downloaded, the US version, and all are set first. After you do this, press search, go to Hamburger menu, click Cortana On
