Can i change my age to use cortana?

Cortana says i'm to young to use her, but that was a big reason I bought this laptop.

I am assuming its related to either how your local account is set up I.e a child account or Microsoft account settings online when age was set.

If you are under 13 years of age, then you can't use Cortana until you turn 13 years old. This is due to the fact that the servers that run Cortana collect information from you in order to make Cortana work, and these servers reside inside the United States. They are therefore governed by the US COPPA Law, which prevents certain information from being collected on persons under the age of 13.

If you are 13 years of age or older, then you will need to get your account settings changed.
