My friend is having a problem with Cortana. She is not able to use "Hey Cortana" after doing the "Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3124263)". I tried going into the Cortana settings and keep getting this error.
I tried uninstalling the update. Also after installing the update anytime we go to Playback Devices it asks to open rundll32.exe.
That never happened before.
I don't know where to go next.
Windows 10 Home Version 1511 OS Build 10586.63
EDIT: I am not able to do Windows Key + S,C, or Q. None of them open Cortana
EDIT2: Cortana also works when you click the mic. And I am able to go to the settings using Notebook>Settings.
