Cortana for Windows 10 pc in Canada.

The microphone wizard in Cortana is not available. I can't hear Cortana's voice.

If the Microphone Wizard isn't working at all, you might check your hardware settings in the Control Panel to make sure your microphone is set up as the default recording device - the microphone on my Surface Pro 3 once got switched, and it caused me some problems.

Barring that, you should make sure your region, language, and speech language are all set to English (Canada). You know, assuming you don't speak French.
