Cortana reminders off by 4 hours after updating to W10 Mobile

I am having an issue with cortana on my phone. Whenever I ask her to remind me of something she sats the reminder 4 hours more than I wanted. For example, time is 4:30pm "Cortana, remind me in 10 minutes to start dinner" it will then ask if the reminder is ok which it is not due to the time being 8:40pm instead of 4:40pm. Any help would be appreciated.

I will need some help with this too. This issue is not isolated with my phone either. I ask the reminder on my home PC, phone, laptop, surface pro 3, and my work computer. All reminders are 5 hours ahead.
