Cortana notification problem

Had posted this problem on the Band forum, but it probably belongs here. I have an Icon on build 14393.448 paired with a 1st gen Band. I am unable to get any notifications from Cortana on my Band, either location based, or time based. All call, text, and other app notifications are working fine. I've checked all the settings, and reinstalled the Band app. This problem started with the new build. Any ideas, or should I just hope it gets resolved on "patch Tuesday"?
