Why she ignores me in the middle of a question

Hi,

I am having big problem here. I try to send an email using classic phrases, but she just ignores me...
Here is my 'chat' with Cortana..

Me: 'Hey Cortana, send an email'
Cortana: 'Who is the email going to ?'
Me: 'James'
Cortana starts searching on the Internet the word 'James'... any idea why ?

When I tried to manually add the name, she asked me then for a message... It was like this:

Me; 'Hey buddy, just trying.'
Cortana: 'Send it, add more or make changes.'
Me: 'Send it.'
Cortana starts searching on the Internet the word 'send'...

Please.. I am dying here ... xD

P.S: I tried to change region or language, connected to mails and People app, everything done...

I think it's just a problem with Cortana herself because I've seen it mentioned by some other people before and so on.

I sometimes miss 8.1's Cortana, weirdly enough.

Haha, might be if she's the PA of the boss, or if she just doesn't like me
