In Zac Bowden's hands on video with the Spring Creators Update...

At around the 3:30 mark he demonstrates the new Cortana Lists app. It looks like to access it, he double clicks on "Organizer" within the Notebook section of Cortana. However when I try to do this on my machine (which I just updated to 1803 last night), nothing happens.

When I click on the "Lists" card, it shows me 3 pre-built lists (Inbox, Shopping, and Grocery) in the start menu/Cortana menu, it does not open a new app.

If I click the "Add to your To Do list", I get a message back saying, "I don't see a list called todo".

I'd like to test this feature out to evaluate it against the Microsoft To Do app, as I'd like to pick one note taking app and run with it. From what I'm seeing, this new Cortana Lists app is supposed to be here in 1803. What gives?

Cortana helps you manage your lists and keep track of the things you need to do. Whether you're putting together a shopping list or organizing your to-dos, you can easily add and remove items from your lists on any device using Cortana's Notebook
