Cortana Down On Windows 10 Desktop

Whenever I ask it to do something, it just makes a ringing noise. What is up with this? This is not the first time this has happened and it does not happen when I use Cortana on my Harmon Kardon Invoke speaker.

I'm guessing Cortana is going away. They just got rid of it on Xbox. And they separated out Cortana from the search box. And they already removed features like package tracking and, I think, airline tracking, etc. So I would plan to use something else instead. Sorry for no suggestions for helping you.
