DV8P Turns off when in sleep and low battery

Anyone else having this issue? My DV8P has been doing this since I got it two weeks ago. If the battery is low (currently under 20%), and the tablet goes to sleep, when you try to wake it up, it starts up as if it was turned off. I've noticed this only occurs when it has a low battery.

There is an update on the Dell site to address this. I recommend that you apply ALL the updates that are available.

Specifically the A04 BIOS update addresses the issue.
