When Installing Windows 10 from both the methods, windows update and from USB drive, both times it shows Error Code 80070002 and DV8P reverts back to windows 8.1.
I have tried it several time in the past 3 days.
I have also tried deleting all the files from folder "C:/Windows/SoftwareDistribution/Downloads" and starting the fresh download of Windows Update.
I have even tried to solve the error using Microsoft Forum Help by using Windows Update Diagnostics.
It shows the error "Service registration missing or corrupt" and the WUD can't fix the problem.
