Dell Venue 11 Pro mouse pad isn't responding

The keyboard mouse was working fine before I charged the keyboard. After the charge, when I put the tablet and the keyboard together, there is no more mouse cursor. I can use the keyboard except the mouse pad. Drivers already got updated.

go into device manager and delete your keyboard/mouse while it is connected and then let the OS redetect them.
