Good news. Hopefully UK and EU will follow suit and drop prices here too. Maybe MS will put in a small drop for Surface RT.

Love the commenters on the verge there are some real uninformed tools out there.

I snagged a Dell Latitude 10 Essential on amazon for $ 400...

We grabbed 4 of them. Very happy with most components, but a few things are niggling issues:

(1) WiFi isn't as good as it should be; we've had several issues where a user can be within feet of an AP and it still drops connection.... something we've never had happen with any other device.
(2) The Camera roll doesn't sync with Skydrive.. this is preposterous. If we have multiple pads all on the same account, one of the reasons is that if any of them take a picture, it should be accessible on all of them; this was a snap on the iPad.. and it SHOULD be a snap here, as Skydrive is built in.. but since Skydrive monitors a lot of folders.. but NOT the Camera Roll folder, it's a no go. Ridiculous. How is this right on the Windows Phone but wrong here?
(3) Drops to desktop too often, frankly.
(4) No really great way to lock down an account to prevent it from having access to Web, the Store, etc. which is important.
(5) It would be great if it could join a domain
