According to this review only: Dell XPS 15 9560 review - Core i7 CPU, Nivida 1050 graphics and UHD screen configuration
the i7-7700HQ processor experiences thermal throttling under load. None of the other reviews (including the review on this site) mention that this occurs. The reviewer on the ultrabook review site mentions that this can be fixed by repasting the CPU and GPU heat sinks and inserting thermal pads such as in this tutorial: How to Fix Throttling on the Dell XPS 15 9560
But, as the reviewer said, "but why buy an i7 if you can’t use it?" He suggests buying a core i5 model.

Is this experience true for most users that use an i7 processor in the XPS 15 9560?
