Installed Windows 10 and computer won't work at all, what can I do?

Installed Windows 10 and computer won't work at all

I have a Dell NB15t laptop. Activated the Windows 10 upgrade last night and the computer seemed to work okay. Now it will not turn on. Can't even get to a dell or safe mode screen. Tried pressing F8 on restart, tried pulling out battery and hard restarting. Nothing. I get a lit up bluish screen and nothing else.

If you're not even getting the Dell splash screen on boot then it's possible something else is wrong and may have just been a coincidence that it happened after your Windows 10 upgrade. Can you try an external monitor to try and eliminate your laptop screen from being part of the issue?
