Future upgrades (better video support, etc.)

The are postings about ongoing research into supporting video better, etc. for the RedFly.

As well as other changes and enhancements in functionality.

Will those updates be available using the current RedFly hardware.

If so, I assume they would be firmware upgades?

I can't tell you for certain if video support will require new REDFLY hardware. If it’s a firmware issue that will work with the current REDFLY we’ll certainly issue a firmware update. We already have a method of allowing the end user to update the REDFLY firmware if necessary by connecting to a smartphone over USB and running a special .cab file.
