I had a bluetooth problem when I used one of the new cooked ROMs. Maybe, you can flash to a different ROM, because I think it has to do with the bluetooth stack used.

    Yes,
there's some trouble with older roms regarding bluetooth. Its in the later ce builds, I think. I have a x7501 and rom r5.1 MiChy or the even older ap4 work fine. You can head on over to xda developers and find the information on how to flash roms. You'll need to do about a weeks reading to both sim and cid unlock your device but its worth it.

err . . . the trouble is with newer roms. : The solution is with the older ones (or maybe a newer one in the future. I recommend the MiChy 5.1 ntil a newer one that works with bluetooth comes out. But of course flash at your own risk.

The x7501 is different thn the x7510 too. I don't believe the roms are interchangable because of the hard drive difference among others. But there is a x7510 section. Like I said, lots of reading.

Basically you are looking for a CE OS 5.2.19965 (BUILD 19965.1.2.3) Sep/Oct 08(ish) or before.

Later ce builds including Michy 6.1 (for x7501/x7500) didn't work for me (regarding bluetooth). Hope that helps.

ew rom or flash an older one. Basically, Celio will get these curve balls pitched from different phones. Whatever the bluetooth problem is/was, it was pervasive occurring through several different roms and phones, ah most likely from the ce core in my opinion, though I'm not a programmer.

But check out the celio 1.4.0.93 beta firmware & software updates (you'll likely want to anyway). If you don't want to flash roms--then likely if this last celio update doesn't take care of the problem, (reacting to the change in the windows mobile /ce core in the way that windows moile handles bluetooth) the a subsequent update will do so.

What I'm trying to say is that the bluetooth not recognizing was not something celio did/changed but rather something that microsoft did/changed in some of the later roms. But the celio programmers are very agressive I've noticed and so if the last update didn't fix it, subsequent ones likely will. x7510 support/software is still in bet after all.

What a pity that the connectiong by bluetooth still cann't work after I installed the newer 093 driver for Redfly.

Wish all that you said ,Celio going to be aggressive enough to get newer driver for X7510.
