I cant get Redfly to connect to my phone if Flexilis Mobile Security (https://beta.flexilis.com/) is installed.

    Any solution?

    Hi!

This is happening because Flexilis is likely blocking RedFly, because it's seeing weird traffic come in from redfly on non standard ports. I'm going to submit this to our dev team to take a look at to see if this can be resolved soon in a future release.

Until then, one possible workaround would be to turn off attack protection in the software for now, until the issue is resolved. If you have any other questions, etc, feel free to shoot us an email at support.at.flexilis.dot.com and we'll be happy to help!

    Hi Chris

You guys are FAST! Thanks for the explaination. I will try your suggestion and see if that works.

I love Flexilis and is my primary concern. Redfly can wait.

    Thanks Flexilis

Hey Chris, can you email or PM me through WMexperts? Maybe we can get your engineers and my engineers together and make a few changes on both ends so Flexilis will allow traffic on the ports we use.
