    Dear Gamers

I'm planning to compile Windows Phone Cyan version of my latest 2d top down shooting game, "Road of Raate 1940".

If you like to pre-test it, pls drop me a and email to windows.timo at hotmail.com with your "Microsoft account email address" and I'll add you to the test team.
You can download the version from Microsoft Marketplace after I've added your email address. The game has been developed with Scirra's Construct 2

    Some testing instructions:
    1. Look & Feel
    2. Check the FPS value from bottom screen. My Lumia 520 has about 20fps
    3. Sounds should be ok, no delays
    4. Smoothness of the screen transitions
    5. Gameplay and user experience & story

    Any comments will be appreciated

I only tested the web version, but here's what I think could be done better:
-The molotov boxes could be instant max out(no collision detection with them, get the ammo immediately)
    -Could be somewhat easier
-Twin-stick controls would fit. Yes I know that this can't be simulated on a computer but you could make the weapon shoot on mouse click
-The death by contact could be improved. Alternative A: You don't die immediately but loose HP gradually, B: nothing happens
    -More teammates

I'll also send you my email so that I may test this on WP.

    Whow thanks for the feedback!

okay. I was trying to get some realistic with this but it seems to be no-go for the players.

    >-Could be somewhat easier

I've got loads of feedback about the game being too easy, so I need to set up the right difficulty level.

Just to go thru all the stages, pls click 9th Div sprite ten times to get player undestroyable.

    >-Twin-stick controls would fit. Yes I know that this can't be simulated on a computer but you could make the weapon shoot on mouse click

I'm actually targeting a mobile phones, and I did have a mouse button to shoot. Personally I don't play games at all (except Road of Raate).
Which button you would prefer to shoot? Right or left?

    >-The death by contact could be improved. Alternative A: You don't die immediately but loose HP gradually, B: nothing happens

Sounds like a really good idea! I'll put that on my endless todo list!

    >-More teammates

There will be more team mates on second level. There was also some requests to set some commands like "stay, patrol, follow, etc".

Thanks for the message, I don't get often that much constructive feedback so I really appreciate that

great! Pls send your phone model also if possible. I have Lumia 520 - the slowest WP-phone possible to test game running smoothly.

Huge thanks for the testers! The game is now in production (limited countries, mostly Europe and North America)

    This version is FREE:
