Chevron not working?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this. But i'm trying to unlock my phone (to update to Nodo), but its not connecting to the phone saying its having trouble communicating with the phone. Has this happened to anyone?

Yes i have. I think it may have to do with the new Zune Software?

I had the latest zune software when i updated.. but if you fully xda's instructions it worked for me. try resetting your phone and computer. make sure you have opened the chevronwp7.cer you sent to your phone. then while zune is running open the chevron wp 7 app ( icon of a lock).

I didnt understand the whole registry changing stuff so i used the app someone made to unbrand.

In order to solve this you must contact with the service provider. They can help you out unlock your phone. They will send you a registration key you need to put this key when your cell giving an error locked. Then your issue will be resolved. Sometimes It happen your phone get locked but you can resolve this issue easily.
