I rather be safe. Saw some news that if anything goes wrong, they won't support my bricked device.

Also, you need to revert back to the pre-mango to get the official mango from what I read.

There's a step in teh beginning of the update process that back ups the phone first, then updates it. It gives a warning to put this backup someone safe.

I got validated by geotrust, woohoo, now just hope I get an invite to the mango beta, I have my phone registered now too. Man I hope I get that email today

Are you referring to performance issues?

FYI, backup process goes a LOT faster if you remove music and video from your device.

Not performance issues. Just things like, today, my wifi kept dropping the signal. When I was in the music hub and went to the home screen, I noticed a hiccup a few times.

Yeah, my phone was packed with music. But strangely, I have more available space after the update than I did before the update.

I didn't wait for a invite. I got the files from xda. I was waiting for someone to verify who I was, got tired of waiting.

They removed the links, PM me your email addy and I'll send you the links I used. I save them to a text file, just in case something happened.
