I have a simple question about developer unlocking:
Does a developer unlocked phone mean that it will become carrier unlocked?
I'd like to use a Lumia 920 on Tmobile. (I realize that even if I get the ATT version unlocked it will be 2G until the refarm). With the developer registration still at $8 that seems like a great deal, but I can't find details on this. I'm guessing it does not carrier unlock, but I figured it was worth it to ask.
