Microsoft Visual Studio and Windows Phone 8.0 SDK question

Hey guys,

I have a problem of having a small download quota each month at home. I have Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 installed on my Windows 8 machine and I was wondering how big is the Windows 8.0 SDK? I believe I can download a stand-alone version or choose to download a plugin for MVS 2012. Is that true? How big roughly is the download?

My Lumia 920 was bought on Tuesday and I am loving the move from iOS to WP8, I'd like to learn to build apps for the phone. :grin:

I think it (wp8 sdk) is around 40mb.

Thanks man, I just found an .iso from the Microsoft page at around 1.4GB. That seems to be the standalone version.

Wow, my bad! It had really been a while since I downloaded it. I remembered it taking a while, but I didn't realize it was that size. Again, sorry about being way off.
