Is System Level Theme Access Available?

I am working on writing an app for WP8 and was hoping that Microsoft had allowed access to the system level theme resources. I am not looking to add custom themes or custom backgrounds but I would just like the ability to change the entire phone theme using the 20 existing themes when launching the app (with the user's ok/choice).

I have a feeling that the answer will be that they haven't granted access to that yet but I just thought I would ask first because I wasn't able to find anything out there about it.

Thanks for the reply. I figured as much. I will just have to shelve that app for a later time and hope we can get that at some point.

That's too bad, I thought a cool simple little app would be one that changes your theme automatically each day. I change my them at least every 3 days.

You can always try to develop the app for xda-developers on unlocked ativ s (hacked)
