Issues with GDR3

Well, I guess I'm one of the few unlucky folks that are having issues with the GDR3 update. Installation seemed to go smoothly on my AT&T Lumia 920 (Cyan), but after completion, none of my third party apps would start up. I went through and uninstalled and re-installed all of the them, and they seem to be working now, but in "Settings," I cannot open "Screen Rotation" or "Driving Mode." Not having tried these earlier, I have no idea if one of the installed apps is conflicting with them. The only choices I can think of are to revert back to GDR2 and start all over again, or to do a hard reset and pull everything back in. Before I do something drastic, I thought I would ask for ideas from the community. Is there a way to force a second update to GDR3? Can those modules that won't open be somehow updated? Thoughts, anyone?

A person with the same problem posted on the MSDN forums, and microsoft said that it is a bug with the updater that sometimes will not restore the 3rd party apps properly after the update. Unfortunately, they said the only fix was to uninstall and reinstall all the apps you want to work properly again. A reset will give you a clean slate though.

Just wondering if anyone is having a similar issue. I installed GDR3 on my 8X yesterday. A couple times since then I went to turn on the phone from sleep and nothing happens. I then press the button again and it vibrates and then starts to boot up like it either had been off or rebooted.

If, in fact, it was a bad OTA, does a hard reset potentially fix it? Or do i need to flash it?

I would probably try to roll back to GDR2 then try applying the GDR3 updates again. Can't say how reliable this process is since it's new, but there are threads about how to do it.

I'm having strange problem after I installed GDR3, my whole screen flickers some times. I have to restart every time to fix this issue and sometimes it will still flicker even after restarting. Thought of reporting it here.
